Taboo Cited for DUI and Possession

Jaime Luis Gomez, better known as Taboo from Black Eyed Peas, was arrested Tuesday. According to sources, he was pulled over after crashing his car 20 miles east of Los Angeles due to driving under the influence.

Taboo was issued several citations, including possession of marijuana, possession of a prescription medication without a prescription and driving while under the influence.

Ashton Kutcher’s Show Ending

The popular prank show “Punk’d” seems to be coming to an end.

Ashton Kutcher’s wildly successful program takes its cue from the old “Candid Camera” show that plays pranks on celebrities. Kutcher has managed to trick several stars, among those including Jessica Simpson, Justin Timberlake and others.

According to sources, the final season will begin April 10th, but avid fans can get a “sneak peek” of all 8 new episodes back to back on April 7th.

Look for Hilary Swank, Jewel, Nelly Furtado and other stars to fall victim to Kutcher’s pranks this time around.

Kutcher plans to host a “Punk’d Awards” show on June 5th.

 

Eddie Griffin’s Car Wreck

While practicing for a charity race to promote his upcoming movie “Redline”, actor-comedian Eddie Griffin crashed a Ferrari Enzo worth $1.5 million into a concrete barrier.

The rare car was destroyed, but Griffin managed to escape the wreckage unharmed.

It appears that Griffin took a turn a little too fast while practicing at the Irwindale Speedway.

Elton John Turns 60

Famed British pop singer Elton John celebrated his 60th birthday in style.

At Madison Square Garden on Sunday, John honored the late John Lennon of Beatle’s fame, and played more than 30 songs spanning his four-decade long career.

After playing 59 shows in the Madison Square Garden arena, he decided the perfect place to host his record-breaking 60th concert there as well.

Anna Nicole Smith’s Results Revealed

The world has been increasingly speculative of the reasons behind Anna Nicole Smith’s sudden death.

On Monday, authorities revealed that Smith’s cause of death was an accidental overdose of a sleeping medication in combination with other drugs found in her system.

The medical examiner of Broward County reported that Smith died of a combination of drug overdose, where the sleeping pill chloryl hydrate was the main factor. In addition to that, Smith was also taking a number of other drugs including a pain medication.
