The Hefmeister has some new girlfriends that will be joining him up at the Playboy mansion. Karissa and Kristina Shannon are 19 years old and will be joining the 80 year old Hefner for some wild romps. I do not even want to picture this. My brain is not capable of removing Hefner from the image my brain pictures.
