A Lawsuit for Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the owner of a van she struck in an accident in October, 2005.
The accident occurred when the van made an illegal U-turn. Though Lindsay claimed being stalked by the paparazzi, the L.A. County’s sheriff’s office feels this is not the case as they released a statement saying: “Preliminary investigations have revealed that paparazzi were not a factor in the traffic collision…”
Even though the car was making an illegal turn, Lohan’s reckless driving still caused the accident.
