A Texas law firm is suing the estate of Anna Nicole Smith over unpaid legal bills. From IMDB:
Cunningham Darlow Llp filed a creditor’s claim against the former model/actress’ estate in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 16, claiming they had not received payment for representing Smith in her battle over the estate of her late husband, E. Pierce Marshall. The Houston-based company says a deal had been made with Smith in July 1996 and was revised in September 1999 regarding the court wrangle over the oil billionaire’s fortune. Cunningham Darlow is seeking unspecified “fees and expenses” according to CelebTV.com.
Everyone is standing in line with their hands out. It’ll be a miracle if there’s anything left for Dannilynn.

I have been asking repeatedly when the next hearing will be for the Marshall estate???? PLEASE CAN ANYONE LET ME KNOW??? Now that the Lawyers want their money makes me suspect that D/L might have her 21st Birthday before this is resolved!?! Arthur, Cosby & “Dopey” {I call them the “Bitches of Birkwick”} are all trying to make money from this estate…I HOPE THEY FAIL!!! ANS died with around $750,000 … by now all of this PLUS MORE must have been used up … I’m waiting for HK$ {WHY THE HELL IS HE LIVING IN “HORIZONS”} to DECLARE HER ESTATE BANKRUPT!!! I don’t know where that excerpt came from, but Anna’s former husband was J. Howard Marshall, she was fighting his son (Pierce) for what she believed was her portion of the estate (the excerpt incorrectly names Pierce as Anna’s former husband). That is until both she and Pierce died with no resolution to the matter. Now it will be Larry fighting on Dannielynn’s behalf against the Marshall family. I have read up on this case and seen a good deal of legal analysts on tv and in print, and the overwhelming majority of them seem to think that Anna was just dragging this out as far as she could while she was alive and that really it has all been one futile struggle. From what I have heard/read on the topic it seems that Anna’s former husband laid out specific estate plans omitting her, and so Larry would be hard pressed to collect anything on her behalf.
