So. It appears Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, sensing they’ll be model parents now that they ditched rehab for a Caribbean vacation, are trying to conceive.
A friend of the couple tells the British press: “Crazy as it seems Amy reckons she’d be a great mum and Blake would be wonderful dad. She really believes having a baby would help them put all their troubles behind them.â€
“I wouldn’t be at all surprised if there’s not an announcement about a baby before the end of the year,†added the friend. “Amy and Blake cannot believe all these doom and gloom headlines about them being on the verge of death.â€
“They’ve been kissing and cuddling while sunbathing and taking long walks on the shore together. They look very much in love and every so often they head off to their villa,†says a vacationing tattle.
