Andy Garcia being sued for $2.5 million for identity theft

 

“Ocean’s 11″ hottie, Andy Garcia, is being sued for $2.5 million by a woman who claims her husband’s life was mimicked in his movie “The Lost City.”

The movie, which came out in 2005, portrays a Cuban nightclub owner who flees the country and heads to NYC. Carole Lee Shulman claims Andy stole her husband’s story. He’s being sued for ” research without permission and marketing of life’s events for profit without consent”.
