When Paris Hilton told Ellen DeGeneres on national TV how she had 17 dogs, she thoughts she was telling the world about her love of animals. Instead, she caught the attention of Animal Services.
You see, unless you’re a breeder, and Paris is not, you can’t have more than 3 dogs in Los Angeles.
Animal Services paid Paris a visit only to find her home under construction and no dogs in sight. They hope to return soon to make a full investigation.
