Anna Nicole Smith’s Doctor Challenges Search Warrant

 

Anna Nicole Smith’s former shrink was in court yesterday challenging the validity of a search warrant executed in order to search her home last week. Her lawyers challenged the warrant as being “overly broad” and would like some of the good doctors personal effects returned. The lawyers are also requesting to view all items seized during the search and the judge may have to appoint a “Special Master” to oversee things. Plus, TMZ is telling us several additional search warrants have been issued. Guess we’ll be reading more about that soon.

This case gets more interesting all the time.
