Loony Anne Heche gets custody of a footstool and a yellow armchair as her divorce battle with Coley Lafoon (heh) rages on.

Last week Lafoon filed papers claiming he returned home to find a footstool, chair and rug missing. Heche claimed they were hers before marriage and the judge agreed. The judge is also awarding Lafoon “temporary exclusive use and occupancy of the residence”.

Lordy these guys are petty.

Now Anne Heche and Coley Lafoon (i’m sorry…that name!) are fighting over furniture and buttons.

Lafoon (really, I can’t say the name without laughing) alleges Heche stole a yoga mat and their bed. He also alleges she tore the buttons off his shirts and took some of his pants. Heche claims any of the items removed from the home were hers before she got married.

This promises to be the most fun celebrity divorce EVER!

Since the February 2nd divorce papers were filed between Anne Heche and her husband Coleman Laffoon, there has been a vicious custody battle over their son, Homer.

Because of this, Heche is pushing for full custody of their 5-year-old son. Not only does Heche claim that Laffoon is painting lies about her throughout the press (trying to make her look like a bad mother, she says) but that he was not a model parent for their son.

Heche also claims that rather than spending time with Homer when the child visits, he sends him off with nannies while he does his own thing.

For now, Heche would like temporary sole custody of Homer.
