Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus reached out to Britney Spears, inviting her for Thanksgiving dinner, and Britney accepted.

Billy Ray Cyrus asks In Touch to send this message to Britney: “Honey, you are welcome to a Nashville Thanksgiving at our house,” Billy tells In Touch. “We love her. We would love to be there for you and we care about you.” Even his pop star daughter, Miley Cyrus, who stars as Hannah Montana on Disney’s hit show, wants troubled Britney to share their special day. “Miley is a big fan and she wants to reach out, too. We want her to know that’s it’s never too late to make things right.”

Rock on, Cyruses. Let’s just hope she makes it.

Billy Ray Cyrus is pissing off his new Toluca Lake, CA neighbors. That’s because every night when Mr. Achy Breaky takes his colossal mutt for a walk, he lets said mutt take a mega dump on his neighbors’ lawns. Oh so not cool.

TMZ contacted reps as well as Billy Ray himself, and neither denied it.

According to Cyrus’ rep, Billy Ray is fanatical about curbing his dog and this must have been an isolated incident. When we contacted Billy Ray himself, his only comment was “The more you stomp in sh*t, the more it stinks.” Smell that!
