Britney Spears is making such good progress she’s able to visit with her boys several times a week, OK! is reporting, and while K-Fed’s people are happy to allow more visitation time, they’re not quite ready for overnight’s yet.

So Britney Spears and Heidi Montag recorded a duet together, I jest you not.
