There’s a police investigation going on and Sam Lutfi is the person of interest. It seems Britney’s conservators claim Sam drugged Britney against her will, and last I checked, that’s indeed a criminal offense. Lutfi isn’t commenting because he’s too busy ducking his restraining order, but TMZ’s reporting he’s very aware of the investigation.

Though she has better people in place to look out for her, those closest to Britney Spears are saying her mental health is getting worse. Page Six is reporting Lynne Spears told Kevin Federline Britney’s behavior has become more child-like. She also acts as if her kids are toys.

Jamie Spears doesn’t play! He’s taking his role as Britney Spears conservator and person best able to look out for his daughter’s best interests quite seriously. Court documents show why he petitioned to fire Britney’s business manager Howard Grossman.

It seems Grossman showed a flagrant disregard for the conservatorship and went against their wishes on more than one occasion. Alleged on the above referenced court documents:
