Heath Ledger was remiss in updating his will.It was written three years ago and leaves everything to his parents, and nothing to his young daughter, Matilda. According to other documents, Heath only had $145,000 worth of assets in New York City – not including any real estate holdings.
Let’s hope that once all the financial affairs are sorted out Heath’s family puts Heath’s estate in trust for his daughter.

Jeff Healy the singer and guitarist behind such great songs as “Angel Eyes” and “Confident Man”, and who also played the leader of the house band in the movie “Roadhouse” has died of cancer. He was 41 years old.

Roy Scheider, best known for his role as the Chief of Police, has died. He was 75 years old.
Roy passed away Sunday at the University of Sciences Hospital in Arkansas, but no cause of death has been released as of this writing. A hospital spokeswoman, Leslie Taylor, said Scheider had been treated for multiple myeloma at the hospital’s Myeloma Institute for Research and Therapy for the past two years.
Roy Scheider was nominated for two Academy Awards for “The French Connection” and “All that Jazz.” His most famouse role however, was in the shark thriller “Jaws”.

Well, the results of Brad Renfro ’s autopsy are in, and it appears he died of an accidental heroin overdose. The drugs were injected and the official cause of death is listed as acute heroin/morphine intoxication.

“Person of Interest” in the Natalee Holloway case, Joran Van der Sloot, tells (on hidden camera) how he knows what happened to Natalee Holloway. He says he didn’t kill her, but that she was drunk and went into convulsion and she died in his arms. Rather than call the police or an ambulance, he and his friends dumped her in the ocean.
Even if Van der Sloot didn’t kill her, he’s obviously still guilty of a crime. Natalee’s mom says here Joran didn’t even know if Natalee was really dead.
Now Van der Sloot is saying he only said what he said to impress the guy he was with, and that his confession isn’t even true. Now maybe Natalee’s family will get closure.
