New Kids on the Block reunited on the Today show today. The announced they’ll do a performance on the show next month. Here’s the video, if you can hear it over the audience screaming.
The band has been recording since August and hope to tour in a few months. Guess those acting jobs aren’t panning out, eh. The kids are looking good though.
Angela Bassett was honored with a well-deserved star on Hollywood Boulevard’s “Walk of Fame.” In attendance were Angela’s husband, Courtney P. Vance, their children and Angela’s friends and co-stars Forrest Whitaker, Rick Fox and Laurence Fishburne.

The final Harry Potter book will be split into two movies to be released in 2010 and 2011. Really, when you think about it, it’s a wise move. “Order of the Phoenix” was so butchered people who didn’t read the book were totally clueless as to what was going on. I don’t see how the story can be told without at least two parts. Really, I think each book should be made into a mini-series so the story can be told in however much time is needed. Sort of like what was done with “The Stand.”
