Well it looks like Hilary Duff is all grown up now. She was spotted in New York City’s Terjune giving her boyfriend “a Joel Madden lookalike” lapdances.

Hilary Duff has completed her image change. The former child star was at Tenjune till 2:30 a.m. giving lap dances to her new mystery man, a Joel Madden look-alike. Duff and her entourage were seen drinking Veuve Clicquot straight from the bottle, but she still looked sheepish when the deejay played her new song, “Wake Up,” and seemed to need assistance walking up the stairs. Maybe it was the stilettos.

Come on, Hil. You were the one I never thought I’d read all this about in the tabloids. Please don’t become the next Lindsay or Britney.

I’m doing my best not to think of the time my husband gave me a paper shredder for Christmas. Hilary Duff’s boyfriend, hockey player Mike Comrie, gave her a Mercedes Benz SUV worth over a hundred grand. Nice deal, Hil. This guy totally upped the ante for girlfriend gifts.

Comrie, who plays for the Islanders, told People he wasn’t sure what to get her at first but then the idea hit him when she started talking about cars.  “I was planning on getting a big car and I drive a big car anyway, and I was just like, ‘You know maybe I like the G-Wagen,’ and then I was like, ‘No, maybe I like the [Porsche] Cayenne,’ ” says Duff, whose manager steered her away from the Porsche, reminding her that she was a “terrible driver” and “didn’t need that kind of power.”

“I’ve driven it tons,” Duff said of her birthday present. “When I called him I was like, ‘You’re crazy! It’s perfect!’ “

Lordy. I can’t believe I wrote that. My sisters are reading this and shaking their heads. Anyway, Hilary Duff became the latest celebrity to forget to wear underwear and treated audience members in Anaheim, California to a look at her bits.

I’m not so sure I’m buying this new, sexy Hilary Duff. Some of her outfits have been a little extreme lately and don’t work for her. I realize she’s trying to show off a more “grown up” image, but she needs a new stylist.
