Looney Britney Spears is back in the news. During her custody standoff, she was issued a restraining order to keep away from Kevin Federline. The Pop-Wreck was ordered to stay at least 100 feet from her ex-husband. There’s no word yet on whether or not the restraining order is still in effect, however.
