Because you know, every adoptive parent should have a stamp of a approval either from the Jolie Pitts or Rosie O’Donnell. This is me rolling my eyes.  Anyway when asked about Mary Louise Parker’s adoption of a baby girl from Africa, Brad had the following to say?

“I haven’t spoken to her since I’ve heard that,” Pitt admitted to PEOPLE Tuesday at the New York premiere of The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. But, he says, “I think that’s a great idea!”

“She’s a great mother, she graced our film, came in and did a really lovely part for us,” Pitt said, lighting up when discussing the subject of adoption. ‘She had her little boy out and she was a really lovely mother.”

I’m sure she can rest easy now.

Actress Mary Louise Parker adopted a baby girl from Africa. So far there are no other details about the adoption other than mom and baby were spotted in Los Angeles this past weekend.
