Michelle Rodriguez will spend 180 days in jail for “admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device.”

The judge also issued an order for Michelle not to be a part of any work release or home monitoring programs and she’s not to be allowed early release. Michelle must appear by December 24th.

Harsh, but you know what? People have to play by the rules. No sympathy.
