Mischa Barton won’t be going to jail anytime soon. She agreed to plea bargain in regard to her DUI charges. She will plead "no contest" when her case is heard on Thursday. The conditions of her plea bargain include three years unsupervised probation, an alcohol awareness class, and pay $1700 in fines. Marijuana charges will be dropped and charges of driving without a license will be minimized to an infraction.

Let’s hope Mischa stays off the road when she’s under the influence. Next time she may have to spend an hour in jail.

Charges have been filed in Mischa Barton’s December arrest. The Los Angeles district attorney has charged Mischa with four misdemeanor counts including DUI, driving without a license, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08%, and possessing under an ounce of marijuana.

I’m probably late to the table with this, but i would be remiss if I failed to mention Mischa Barton’s arrested on DUI and drug charges. Lordy. What a disaster, Mischa Barton. Is this the latest in glittery potato sack hippie chic? Did Mischa not brush her hair before putting on the unbecoming scarf, that doesn’t go with her outfit at all, and frankly, does nothing for her? I’m not digging this look at all.
