Orlando Bloom has lucked out, he won’t be charged with a hit and run. It’s been determined he wasn’t under the influence of anything and he was dazed after the accident and only walked away because of the stalkerazzi. TMZ is reporting no less than four cars filled with paps and a car filled with fans were following him when he crashed.

The LAPD is investigating that little car incident involving Orlando Bloom last week, and they’re not so sure it wasn’t a hit and run. While Orlando did eventually face up to the accident, his original intention was to walk away. It wasn’t until the paparazzi advised him that it was in his best interests to stick around that he finally did so. – and X17 caught him walking away on video.

Orlando Bloom says he doesn’t watch his own movies because he’s a bit self conscious.
“I’ve never even watched one of the DVDs. I sometimes think it would be nice to show your kids one day. “Sometimes I catch a glimpse in hotel rooms or on planes, and think, ‘Eurggh, is that what I was doing?’”
