Remember those racy pictures of Oscar De La Hoya in drag? He says it’s not him, but Scores stripper Milana Dravnel says it is. She’s the one who claims to have taken the picture and is deeply hurt over allegations she doctored to photos to make it look like him. She’s suing him because she feels “intimidated” and said he lied about her being a liar. Oh and her attorney is a real comedian too. Salvatore Strazullo, told Page Six, “I hope De La Hoya is wearing something red and not revealing to the courthouse. We’ll leave that lingerie look for the jurors to see when we get to Milana’s photos.”

So that woman who took those photos of Oscar de la Hoya as Goldie? Yeah we don’t believe her any more. She’s starting to change her story and can’t even make up her mind as to whether or not she’s a stripper or a model.

Pictures of De La Hoya “were taken from my personal camera and were out of my control,” Dravnel said last night. “I was pressured into going public with the photos by certain individuals who had improper motives and acted solely for their own financial gain. I have not received any money from the sale or use of these photos.”

Dravnel would not go so far as to say that all the pictures were doctored. Asked about specific shots — such as one that appears to show her getting a hug from the tutu-wearing pugilist — she declined to comment.

The gorgeous 22-year-old Russian immigrant would also not rule out that De La Hoya attended tequila-fueled revels where, according to sources, the Golden Boy dressed up in fishnets, stilettos, panties and a wig.

Last week, Dravnel taped an interview for “Entertainment Tonight,” due to air this evening, in which she denies that the mortifying pictures had been altered. “I only agreed to do a television interview … after I received numerous threats from people who were in control of the images,” she said. “Many quotes that were attributed to me in the media are false and inaccurate, as were some statements I made on ‘Entertainment Tonight.’

I wonder if her acceptance of $200,000 from X17 is also inaccurate?

Oscar de la Hoya’s people have released a statement and insist the photos of the famed boxer dressed in women’s lingerie are fake.

“The photographs depicting Mr. De La Hoya’s image that were posted online today by an obscure paparazzi Web site are fake. Many of the Web site’s viewers (as reflected in postings on the site) identified the photos as ‘a really bad photoshop job.’ Unfortunately, with today’s technology, anyone can make any photo seem like something other than it is.”

“Mr. De La Hoya, through his attorneys, has demanded in writing that the images be removed from the Web site.”

“Mr. De La Hoya has become one of the most recognizable faces in America, not only for his achievements in the boxing ring, but also for his charitable work in developing hospital facilities and schools in the East Los Angeles neighborhood where he grew up. It is regrettable that the price of fame that comes to Mr. De La Hoya and others carries with it the possibility that outsiders will nevertheless seek to exploit that fame for their own profit.”
