For those of you who have been living under a rock the past week, there was nothing live about Paul Abdul’s Super Bowl performance. It was taped in advance. Lots of lips syncing and and taken from so far away you couldn’t get a real close look any way. Oh Paula! You do amuse.

Have American Idol’s producers had enough of Paula Abdul’s drunken quirky behavior? There’s speculation that they’re a little fed up and are looking to replace Paula with Sharon Osborne.
Mind you, this is only a rumor. Sharon Osborne wouldn’t be my first choice of a replacement judge, but then I wouldn’t have picked Paula Abdul either. Surely there are plenty of other out of work C-Listers available?
