1. Celebrity DUI – Celebrities really aren’t hurting for money, so it boggles the mind why one wouldn’t hire a driver when one has a night on the town. Lindsay Lohan, Ty Pennington, Gary Collins, Kiefer Sutherland and Nicole Richie are just some of the celebrities following the Celebrity DUI trend in 2007.

2. Celebrity Rehab – Many celebrities entered rehab in 2007 as a way to curb their indulgences and counteract bad publicity. In fact, for many poster children for bad behavior, rehab offered a chance at redemption. Lindsay Lohan spent the better part of the year in rehab. Other celebrities to detox include Amy Winehouse who lasted a day, Richie Sambora, Britney Spears, Nicole Richie, Eve, David Hasselhoff and even Pete Doherty who made many failed attempts.

3. Leaving the House Without Underwear – Many celebrities choose to leave the house without having to worry about unsightly panty lines or binding bra straps. The problem is, exiting cars without the proper undergarments can lead to embarrassing moments. Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and especially Britney Spears are some of the celebrities giving up money shots in 2007.

4. Celebrity Sex Tapes and Celebrity Nude Photos – For every celebrity walking out without knickers on, there were even more who were posing for the camera. Sex tapes and rumors of sex tapes and nude photos and rumors of nude photos abound in 2007. Fortunately for many of us, most of the rumors were true. Probably the most famous scandal of 2007 was the Vanessa Hudgens nude photos. This was followed by another supposed Paris Hilton sex tape, a supposed Meg White sex tape, an Amy Fisher sex tape and even a picture of Kurt Russell nude.

5. The Celebrity Trout Pout – Everyone wants plump lips nowadays and your run of the mill over the counter lip plumpers aren’t enough. Instead, celebs like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears are choosing to have substances injected in their lips giving them a fuller but highly unnatural look.

6. Celebrity Blogs –Who knew celebrities liked to blog? Everyone from Roseanne to Adrianne Curry are speaking their minds via MySpace nowadays. Other celebs jumping on the blogging bandwagon in 2007? David Beckham, Tori Spelling and Courtney Love.

7. Celebrity Jail Time – Today’s celebrities aren’t satisfied with a mere DUI plus mugshot. No, they’re looking for adventure and time away. Today’s trend setters are doing time. Some, like Tom Sizemore and Lane Garrison are looking at serious time. Others like Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan are out in a matter of minutes. So far there’s no truth to the rumor they’re installing revolving doors throughout the Los Angeles County prison system.

8. Celebrity Fragrances - Anyone who is anyone had a fragrance to pimp 2007? Everyone from David Beckham to Sarah Jessica Parker had their names on bottles of perfume or cologne. How bad was it? Even Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have their own fragrances.

9. Celebrity Pregnancies – Fortunately for Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie, most top designers now have maternity lines. No smocks or frocks for these glamorous moms to be, today’s pregnant celebrities are dressing in the height of fashion.

10. Jet-Setting Celebrity Kids – Violet Affleck vacationing in Hawaii? Maddox Jolie-Pitt attending school in Prague? Suri Cruise walking the streets of Germany? Today’s celebrity kids aren’t left at home with the nanny, they’re accustomed to private jets and lush hotel suites. No sense of entitlement here.
