Hasn’t Britney Spears hair grown out yet? What was it? Almost a year ago that she gave it a shave?

I have to get a haircut every few months, yet she’s still weaved like it’s a close shave. If she was a sane person, I’d tell her she needs to hire a better hairstylist. Since she’s whacko, I’ll just write it off to her not being in her right mind.
