Britney Spears isn’t hurting for money
Britney Spears won’t need to go on welfare any time soon. TMZ is reporting average earnings of $737, 868 per month. Nice salary, Brit. Since Brit is the “monied party” in the custody dispute, K-Fed’s lawyers feel she should fork over $40,000 for his legal fees. Apparantly K-Fed, who received a paltry $20,000 per month (due to end in Mid-November) can’t afford counsel.
Court documents also list the parties who have been subpoenaed in this case: Alli Sims, Promises Treatment Center, Dr. Betty Wyman (Brit’s designated sober companion), Larry Rudolph (Spears’ former manager), Daimon Shippen (former bodyguard), Shannon Funk (former assistant) and Christine Hallet (former nanny). Kevin is hoping to be granted primary (70%) custody.
