Britney Spears Parents and Sam Lufti Fight Over Control

When Britney Spears was committed the first time, she was a little pissed. So she had her lawyers draw up some papers saying her parents had no say in her care. Now, there’s a fight ensuing at the hospital over who has say in the matter, Sam Lufti or Jamie and Lynne Spears. See, while there were papers drawn up, they don’t give Lufti power of attorney.

A judge will determine who is most fit to look after Britney.
