Britney Spears’ Rehab Facility Subpoenaed

Britney Spears’ chance of getting custody is quickly narrowing from slim to no go. Kevin Federline’s attorneys have subpoenaed the Promise rehab facility where Britney supposedly spend time getting off the drink a few months back.
“Kevin and his attorneys Mark Vincent Kaplan and James Simon are on a mission,” says the source. “They are pursuing all relevant evidence from every potential source and every available witness.”
A representative of the rehab facility offered no comment except to say, “This is a confidential facility and we cannot comment.”
Federline’s people aren’t interested in her treatment as much as they want to know about her participation in the rehab center’s programs and events.
