Britney Spears retains 50/50 custody split, Judge issues laundry list of rules

 

Now here’s the thing. With all that we know about Britney Spears, how messed up must Kevin Federline be if the judge is still willing to split the custody between the two? From the judges laundry list of stipulations, I’m thinking that there must have been a few not niceties thrown out about Kevin as well. Check this out:

• Neither Britney nor Kevin are allowed to consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances within twelve hours of being with their children.
• Britney, by herself, will have to undergo parenting courses.
• Neither party may speak negatively to the press about each other.
• Both Kevin and Britney must attend “Parenting without Conflict” classes, and enrollment must take place by the end of the week.
• Neither Brit or Kevin are allowed to use corporal punishment on their kids.

Let’s hope Britney cleans up and gets all the help she needs for the sake of her boys.
