The state of California isn’t interested in having Jessica Sierra reside there. Well to be more specific, they don’t want her seeking her court-appointed year of rehab there.
Really I can’t blame them. They have enough to deal with what with Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan to causing traffic jams and getting arrested. In any event, Jessica was hoping to fly to Dr. Drew’s Pasadena rehab clinic, but California said "no dice." No one’s sure why they denied her rehab but she’s due back in a Florida courtroom tomorrow to find out her next step. Hmm…why wouldn’t California want a sex tape starring, drug addicted, blow job offering, former American Idol rehabbing there? Nope. Haven’t a clue.
