300 pages of documents have been released by the judge in the Britney Spears vs. Kevin Federline divorce/child custody case, and it’s not looking good for one Britney Spears. TMZ is reporting of one document reading:
“Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother’s care.”
Wow. You think? Bet it’s a good read.
It’s the opinion of Children’s Services that the children remain in their father’s care with Britney only having monitored visits. Moreover, they requested a continuance of Britney’s drug testing, psychiatric counseling and parenting classes.
Here’s the thing. Britney’s peeps requested all documents be kept sealed because she didn’t want the press getting their hands on this stuff. The judge didn’t think so.
