Okay, if this keeps up much longer I just might decide to boycott American Idol.
Last night, Chris Sligh was the contestant voted off American Idol. That leaves the remaining contestants at 9, with the winner decided in May.
I’m sure many people were surprised that Chris went, considering the other two that rounded out the bottom three: Haley Scarnato and Phil Stacey. I don’t know about you, but I tend to agree with Simon Cowell’s opinions about Haley: “Safe and forgettable.”
Imagine my surprise when Sligh got the boot!
Amidst all the commotion around Sanjaya Malakar and how the inferior talent has managed to stick around thus far, it was a complete shock when he didn’t even end up in the bottom three last night.
America, you’ve got it all wrong. Now the question is: What if Malakar actually ends up winning this thing?
