Someone has some ’splainin’ to do.
Not only has the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion requesting Paris Hilton return back to prison to serve out her full sentence, but he also wants one good reason why the Sheriff’s Department shouldn’t be held in contempt of court for violating the Judge’s court order which stated “no electronic monitoring” in plain, clear English.
A hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM tomorrow morning.
Update: TMZ is now reporting Paris has been ordered back to court tomorrow and must attend the hearing.

This is fucking ridiculous! A city attorney with a small dick trying to play a game of wills between the concept of a rich girl and the law. The law is so fucked - there’s no rhyme or reason. Why Michelle Rodriquez one day and no holabaloo. Making a point with Paris Hilton is just pathetic. Like she’s going to do real harm on house arrest. Please,… what’s the point - the rich have to pay like the blacks - according to Sharpton. she’s not a arch criminal - she’s a kid. A rich kid. What’s the fucking danger to society if she’s on house arrest????? this is ridiculous. The da’s are just twidling their dicks - don’t they have anything better to do that bully a rich blonde. what I don’t understand is why Hilton doesn’t have better lawyers. No self-respecting lawyer would have let it get this far. Money obviously doesn’t buy you good counsel - that’s the lesson to be learned from this stupid waste of a soap opera.
