City Attorney Wants Paris Back in the Slammer

Someone has some ‘splainin’ to do.
Not only has the Los Angeles City Attorney filed a motion requesting Paris Hilton return back to prison to serve out her full sentence, but he also wants one good reason why the Sheriff’s Department shouldn’t be held in contempt of court for violating the Judge’s court order which stated “no electronic monitoring” in plain, clear English.
A hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM tomorrow morning.
Update: TMZ is now reporting Paris has been ordered back to court tomorrow and must attend the hearing.
