So is Vanessa Hudgens fired or isn’t she. The Associated Press is reporting rumors of her axation to be false:
The Disney Channel (part of the Walt Disney Co.) denied a published report that Hudgens will be dropped from the upcoming feature film “High School Musical 3.” That movie is in development and negotiations with the stars are incomplete.
So does that mean she gets to keep her job or that she hasn’t yet signed a contract so there was nothing to fire her from?

It would be sad if Disney fired her over something that she obviously thought would never be seen by the world. She’s young and having fun, it’s not a sex tape…..
She has talent, leave her be. She didn’t get caught drunk or high like some other well known starts out there.
Unfortunately, although there are mixed reports on this, I do think Disney will not hire Vanessa for HSM3. They promote too squeaky clean image and there are too many “super christian” people who will not find her to be a good role model for their kids. It is so unfortunate. Quite honestly, the ‘rumor’ about the replacement/etc. is probably from Disney so they can get a feel for how that would fly with everyone. And Adrienne would be a good choice, or someone like her who had a Disney-kid following so they would accept her…just like the substitute for Zach on the tour. Disney is very savy. Wait and see. It would be great if Disney would stick its neck out and do the right thing by keeping her (and taking away her cell phone!), but I can’t say that I have ever heard of Disney doing the right thing unless there is money in it.
There is absolutely no truth to the rumor that Vivid Entertainment has offered her the lead role in “High School MeSuckYou”….because I just made this up.

as far as im aware she aint fired, she is stoopid but she just is gabriella it would kinda be hard to replace her
