Heather Mills is racking up the parking tickets

Heather Mills isn’t making friends among the local traffic enforcement personnel in the Hamptons. She has tickets for parking her rented Bentley convertible everywhere - in front of hydrants and in handicap zones - without a handicap tag. She did try to get out of a ticket by showing a cop her fake leg, but he wasn’t impressed. Later she was photographed sticking her tongue out at the cop - how mature and clsssy!

Come on, Heather, if you can dance with the stars you can park like everyone else. Get over yourself.
