Hit and Run Charged Against Britney Spears is Dropped

Britney Spears can breathe easy about one thing, charges stemming from her hit and run have been dropped. Money will do that to a victim. The victim in this case only accepted $1,000 to cover the damage. $1,000? Britney got off easy with that one. I would have held out for a lot more.
