It is the media that is pushing it, and constantly drawing attention his race, not him. He is always talking about his mother, and how much she has done for him- you're just not looking in the right places if you are unaware of that. Oh, and by the way- Mrs. "I am woman, hear me roar" Clinton doesn't write her own speeches either. Actually, he’s never advocated the fact that he is half black to gain votes.
