Jamie Lynn Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, is devastated by the news of his daughter’s pregnancy. According to Us Weekly, Jamie is "furious" at his ex-wife, Lynn Spears and daughter Jamie Lynn for selling their story to OK! Magazine.
Jamie Lynn and Lynne broke the news to OK! – infamous for multi-million dollar payouts to celebrities – for an unspecified amount.
"He put his foot down and refused to take any money and ‘profit off of his children,’" the source says. "Lynne didn’t care."
Jamie is "devastated" by the news, says the source. He’s "extremely depressed" and "feels Jamie Lynn ruined her life."
Well she did ruin her life. Nickelodeon is sure to dump her, and though she can do doubt afford a nanny, she’s going to miss out on a lot of good stuff because she has to stay home and be a mom. Oh wait. No she doesn’t. Motherhood doesn’t seem to stop her big sister from going out and partying all night long. And frankly, it is kind of tacky to sell the pregnancy story.
