New York City real estate is just so overpriced, still there are those who don’t mind paying for the privledge. Let’s take Jon Bon Jovi for example, who plunked down $24 million for a little 6 bed, 6.5 condo on Mercer Street.

The apartment, which was originally listed at $26 million, boasts fireplaces, “walls of windows” and two kitchens.
