Kevin Federline awarded temporary custody of his kids

Britney Spears lost custody of her children today and Kevin Federline will retain temporary custody of the ex-couple’s kids.

Commissioner Scott Gordon will order two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James turned over to Kevin Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received about pop star Britney Spears over the weekend, say Fox insiders.

Brit’s former bodyguard, Tony Baretto, accused the pop star of having “issues of nudity and drug use” since she returned from rehab.

Well at least now she’s free to party all the time.
