When Kevin Federline stopped into Fry’s Electronics store in LA on Nov. 21 for some pre-Thanksgiving shopping, he ran into a little trouble. “His credit card was declined,” says a witness. “They tried it twice, then they gave it back to him.” It wasn’t the most auspicious start to the holiday season.
