Lordy. This is just the story that won’t go away. Worse than Paris’ jail thing I think.
TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan “comandeered” a car and took three men hostage before her arrest on Tuesday. At least that’s what the guys in the car are saying. The three, Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter and Ronnie Blake were in the company of Linday’s assitant’s boyfriend (got that?).
The boys all went to a party in Malibu and only Dante and the boyfriend were allowed in. Dante is claiming to have done shots with the supposedly rehabbed Lindsay and claims she was drinking the whole night. At one point Lindsay’s assistant and her boyfriend stepped outside to argue and Lindsay came out and got in her face and the assistant quit on the spot. Lindsay got a bit pissy at this. “Raging” is how Dante put it.
Anyway, Dante and his friends were in the car, two in the front, two (including the assistant’s boyfriend) in the back. The assistant jumped in the back seat to argue for a bit and then took off in her own car. At that point Dante claims Lindsay jumped in the passenger seat of his car and began chasing the assistant down. Ronnie says he was afraid at that point and jumped out of the car and his foot was run over by Lindsay as she chased her assistant. When Lindsay hit the Pacific Coast highway, Dante tried to take the wheel and Lindsay yelled, “If you touch me I’ll sue you.”
When the smoke cleared and the arresting officer was taking Lindsay’s statement, Dante says he overheard Lindsay tell him the “black kid was driving.”
