It seems Lindsay has another problem to add to her ever-expanding list…
“Georgia Rule” star Lindsay Lohan and her mother are being sued by a freelance photographer, claiming the actress hit him with her mother’s vehicle in the West Village.
Giovanni Arnold claims that he “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” as a result of Lohan’s BMW striking him in the street on March 13th.
According to his lawyer, Arnold sustained injuries to both knees and was still undergoing medical treatment. He is seeking unspecified damages against the actress and her mother.
The Lohan’s have 30 days to respond to the lawsuit.
