Rehab Schmehab. Lindsay Lohan isn’t letting her little substance abuse problem get in the way of her drinking. Hell, she didn’t let rehab get in the way of her drinking, did she?

Lindsay was spotted Friday night partying with an entourage including Brody Jenner, Samantha Ronson and Stavros Niarchos. Oh yes and a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka, which she was spotted "taking a swig of". A spy claims Lindsay was trying to keep a low profile, well, as low profile as one can keep if she’s Lindsay Lohan.
