Lindsay Lohan Working Hard at Rehabbing

How come whenever I see pictures of Lindsay Lohan in rehab she’s riding a bike or shopping or doing everything except rehab stuff? This Promises place doesn’t seem to be too strict, and frankly, if all their graduates turn out like Britney Spears they might want to re-think their policies.
