I don’t care how many comeback tours or humanitarian causes he takes up, Michael Jackson is beyond redemption. The thing is, I pretty much believe all of the stories about him too.
So this latest one alleges a woman died because Michael Jackson needed her bed in a hospital emergency room. This happened during his child molestation trial, around the same time he showed up for court in his pajamas because he sneezed or something.
The lawsuit said the 73-year-old Ruiz was on life-support after a massive heart attack and was moved from a two-bed room so Jackson could occupy it by himself.
She was kept alive in an exam room using hand-pumped oxygen until she could be reconnected to a life-support machine, court papers said.
The lawsuit alleged she had another heart attack but the crowd milling around the pop star delayed her arrival at the critical-care unit. Ruiz died later that night.
The complaint cites the “outrageous, circus-like atmosphere they orchestrated during the last hours of Manuela Ruiz’s life and its obvious emotional and mental lasting effects upon the plaintiffs.”
Really, I can’t say I blame the family for being pissed. A judge ruled that the suit “can’t contiue as filed”, however, as he felt the facts listed didn’t justify the complaint. He did give the family a month to reword the complaint. I feel bad for this family though. If they’re looking for money from Whacko Jacko, they might as well stand in line.

I agree with you about believing everything you read about Jackson these days. He spent way too many years playing up the weirdo image and the problem is, he doesn’t seem able to stop himself.
You know what that means? He really IS detatched from reality. Anything goes basically.
Just to let all you people know is that you are all believing a lie! That’s right, a lie! You all hate Michael Jackson just because of the way he looks. You don’t pay attention to his great personality.
Also, just to get this child molestation rumor straight, The reason why Michael loves children so much is because he never enjoyed his childhood to its full extent. He loves to be with children because he can actually have fun the way children do. He is also very busy (making music and all the other things that a pop star does). He doesn’t have time to molest children. Its just that children do not lie and judge like adults do, so he likes to surround himself with people like that. He does not spend all his time with children. Though, he does have adult friends. I believe that Michael is innocent. He has always been innocent. This was just a trial to see how much money the press could get from Michael. Also all of the papparazzi’s need a story to get money. So they made this whole thing up because they know that Michael is one of the richest individual in the world. So, Michael if you ever read this, I want to tell you that I am a blossoming fan and friend of you and I will always stand by your side. I love you!
