Mischa Barton Charged with DUI, Possession

Charges have been filed in Mischa Barton’s December arrest. The Los Angeles district attorney has charged Mischa with four misdemeanor counts including DUI, driving without a license, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08%, and possessing under an ounce of marijuana.

Mischa was arrested after she was pulled over for straddling two lanes and failing to signal a turn. She’ll have her day in court on Thursday - February 28th.
