Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Welcome a Baby Girl

Nicole Riche and Joel Madden welcomed a baby girl this weekend. Harlow Winter Kate Madden weighed in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Joel Madden told People: "We are very blessed she’s healthy and beautiful."

They’re also on the way home as Nicole’s rep said, "The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents."

Congratulations to the proud parents, and welcome to the world Harlow.
