Nicole Richie cops a plea, will spend five days in jail

Nicole Richie made a deal with the Los Angeles prosecutors office. In exchange for her plea of “no contest” or “guilty” of driving under the influence, Nicole will spend five days in jail.

You know somewhere Paris is whining,”how come she only gets five days?”
