Nicole Richie Set to Stand Trial July 11th

Nicole Richie may be following BFF Paris to jail.

The “Simple Life” star has been ordered to stand trial for her DUI arrest. The trial, which will take place on July 11th, will determine whether or not Nicole will spend up to a year in jail.

Will Nicole cop a plea? Her lawyer is considering the option:

“Just because it is set for trial that does not mean we are going to trial. We are still discussing things and we are still looking at the case.”

I think Nicole will do well. Orange is so her color.
