No Interest in Britney and Kevin’s Pad

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline put their 9,000 square footer on the market late last fall, but so far there’s little or no interest. The ex-couple’s digs were first listed at $13.5 mil but the price has been lowered to $11-something.
Why aren’t buyers falling in love with the place? Apparently too much of the house was personally customized to suit Brit and K-Fed’s less than classic tastes.
